Royal Mail Service - Important Information March

Due to the continued Royal Mail postal strikes, we are only using their guaranteed tracked and signed for service for all orders. We are not able to offer free delivery on orders over £50 or our standard signed for service. There will be an extra cost incurred for this service, however this will ensure your order is delivered safely, insured, tracked and signed for and will avoid any additional delays.

All working day deliveries will exclude any strike days, as we will not be able to post your order until the postal service has resumed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your purchase but if you are unhappy with your jewellery, you can return your items within 14 days of purchase. All returns need to be unused, in its original packaging, along with a copy of your valid receipt.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our sale, seconds, made to order jewellery or any items with custom engraving. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you keep a copy of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

For Christmas exchanges or returns, we have extended our returns policy to the 17th January.2022.

No Christmas gift exchange or returns will be accepted after this date.

Gift Tins / Packaging

Due to continued International postal delays, we still have a delay in receiving our embossed gift tins. This is out of our control and we are patiently waiting for them to arrive. In the meantime, all our orders, will arrive wrapped in a grey gift box. All customers waiting for our gift tins, you will be emailed with an expected delivery date. We apologise for an inconvenience caused.

Guarantee

We offer a 2 year guarantee on all elasticated stringing items from the date of purchase and require proof of purchase.
